Our Commitment to Your Privacy

MuscleAPP ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered fitness application currently in active development. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the protections we put in place to keep it safe.

By using MuscleAPP and related services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. We will notify you of any material changes via email before they take effect.

Your Photos

Photo Privacy: Only You Have Access

Zero-Access Photo Policy
Photos you take or upload through MuscleAPP are strictly private to you. No MuscleAPP employee, contractor, or third party can view, access, or retrieve your photos. Ever.

Your body scan photos are processed locally on your device or transmitted over an encrypted channel for AI analysis. The analysis result (numerical metrics like body fat %, muscle scores) is stored on our servers, but the original photos are never stored on our servers beyond the duration required for real-time processing.

We do not sell, license, share, or otherwise disclose your photos to any third party. We do not use your photos to train AI models unless you provide explicit, separate, and revocable consent.

No team member or contractor can view your photos, ever.

Photos are purged immediately after real-time processing completes.
No AI training
Your photos are never used to train models without explicit consent.
Encrypted in transit
All photo transmission is encrypted end-to-end during processing.
Data Storage

Data Retention: 90-Day Policy

Data stored for 90 days maximum
Your personal data, analysis results, and account activity are retained for a maximum of 90 days from the date of creation or last activity, after which they are permanently and irreversibly deleted.
Day 0: Data Created
Analysis results, metrics, and workout history are stored securely.
Day 90: Auto Deletion
All associated data is permanently and irreversibly purged from our systems.
Account Deletion: 7 Business Days
If you delete your account, all data is removed within 7 business days. Backups purged within 30 days.
